Rollyo could be useful. I moved the political search site directly to my Rollyo account and then created a reference site. To actually decide if they would be useful will take time and use. I was disappointed to see that sponsored sites show up in the results list. If you are reading this, you can see that I did manage to get a search box moved to my blog using the "create a Searchbox" tool.

This whole process took far far more time than it should have taken because the directions are very inadequate.
